What we process
We process account, authentication and content data provided when Studio functions are used, together with technical connection data required to deliver and secure the service.
Error diagnostics and analytics
Server and browser errors, warnings, performance data and limited usage events are processed to keep Studio reliable, investigate incidents and understand feature use. These records can include timestamps, page paths, browser or device information, request identifiers and error details. Passwords, authentication tokens and submitted content are not intentionally included.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing necessary to provide requested functions is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Security, diagnostics and limited analytics are based on our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Studio under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Storage and access
Data is accessible only where needed to operate Studio. It is retained only as long as required for the stated purposes, security and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
